The Monticello Community School District consists of 75 acres of land, 4 school buildings, the administration building, and the bus barn.

- 2007, 2010, 2015 – Updated Elementary Playgrounds
- 2017 – Resurfaced the track
- 2018 – Remodeled and updated the high school gymnasium
- 2018 – LED lights at Shannon, Carpenter & the High School
- 2018 – Added the 45-second play clocks at the Football Stadium
- 2019 – Remodel Sports Complex to include a new varsity softball field
- 2019 – Addition of softball field at Shannon Elementary
